Graduated in 1994 in Arabic Language and Literature at the Istituto Universitario Orientale in Naples, in 1996 I've been in South Sudan in the international cooperation. In 1999 I started to work as a trainer for international operators with the Centro Studi Difesa Civile (Center for Studies on Civilian Defence) and with the International University of People's Institutions for Peace in Rovereto. From 1999 to 2005 I've been National Coordinator of the Italian Association for Peace. In that period I've been working at the project "Dialogues of Peace" at Mitrovica, for the promotion of dialogue among the representatives Serbs, Albanian and Roma of civil society. Since 2004 to 2008 I've been coordinating the project " Dialogues of Peace in Cyprus", supported by Municipality and Province of Ferrara, for the promotion of bi-communal activities in the divided town of Nicosia. Since 2002 to 2008 I've also been President of Cooperative Society "Mediazioni" for the positive management of conflicts. Nowaday, I work - as free lance - as a trainer in some MA courses for Peace Operators and as consultant for reconciliation processes in some international cooperation projects. |
